SeaShark Posted December 18, 2009 #5 Share Posted December 18, 2009 I addressed the email to ncladmin@ncl.com , haven't got an answer yet. That email might work...You could always try webmaster@ncl.com as that is the address for the Internet Development Department. Please let us know the outcome....I'd like to see the webcams working properly.

NormanW Posted December 19, 2009 #8 Share Posted December 19, 2009 LOL any domain with webmaster@ gets nearly as much spam as info@ and sales@. Your inquiries will likely end up in the circular file... I bet the webcam on the Epic will work, updated every sixty seconds too! Cheers, Norman
Chalker Guy Posted December 19, 2009 Author #9 Share Posted December 19, 2009 I'm not holding my breath for an answer or for a functioning webcam on the Epic, but nothing lost to ask.
Buford T Justiice Posted December 19, 2009 #10 Share Posted December 19, 2009 A member of our rollcall (Bermuda Spirit 9/18) ask the staff during our meeting and the shipboard staff said they were unaware of the problem and would share it with headquarters. It must be an issue they want to ignore and hope it goes away... the issue would go away if they just eliminate the webcams from the website
Chalker Guy Posted December 19, 2009 Author #11 Share Posted December 19, 2009 Buford T, thanks for moving this up by direct contact with NCL personnel. It doesn't seem to be limited to Spirit, I also checked Jewel...probably others too. I like to see the ports I am about to visit from the ship's webcams. I enjoyed seeing where the fleet was each day, and I hope they can be returned to operation soon. Thanks Joe Disclaimer: This e-mail is intended only for the person addressed. Chalker Guy Posted December 20, 2009 Author #17 Share Posted December 20, 2009 Just checked Spirit, it shows Friiday Dec. 18 5:14:44 pm. The good news is that this is the first shot I have seen that is not at night (all black).

Maybe try refreshing your page. Yes I'm sure :D .....even right this minute it is showing a time of 8:09 which is earlier then your time of 16:51...... I think the issue here is not really the time.....it's the date / day. I realize that there is time differences ..... it would just be nice to see the ships sailing on the same day that you are viewing it. BikerAl Posted December 21, 2009 #20 Share Posted December 21, 2009 Back in October (I believe), Kevin Sheehan was answering questions for a few says on The New York Times travel site, and was asked about this. He said he would look into it, but no change since, so I would guess it is a fairly major problem with their satellite company. Al
crew mom Posted December 21, 2009 #21 Share Posted December 21, 2009 All the webcams seem to be incorrect this morning except for PofA. That one has an incorrect time but the picture looks like it MAY be correct but I don't know for sure. Just wish they would solve the issue.
