Making arrangements for meet and greet.

I would appreciate any information you all could give me regarding setting up a meet and greet - We will be on the Golden Princess to Hawaii. I have volunteered to make the arrangements - I know there is someone I should contact - if I could have the phone # or whatever, it would help me so much. Thanks.

It's not necessary to make a phone call. You can just email the contact person for your ship from the list above, give them the date of the cruise, the approximate number you expect to attend (generally Princess does not attange for a place for a M&G unless there is at least 16 in the group), the day and time you want to have it, and possibly the location (ie. Skywalkers).

WIthin 24 hours you should have an email confirmation of what has been set up.

 

I have been the designated arranger for several cruises. and it has been just that easy..

 

Upon boarding, there has always been a letter from the CD's dept waiting in my cabin, confirming the plan.
