For anyone trying to redeem Worldpoints credits, be advised that there is an issue with the BOA website -- when you try to click on the Celebrity icon, nothing happens. The link to Celebrity is broken. Apparently, as has been noted already on CruiseCritic, no human at BOA is authorized to apply Worldpoints to an OBC, and the broken link has been reported. But meanwhile, there is a way around the broken link -- go to http://www.BankofAmerica.com/worldpoints and you can pick up where the broken link would have taken you.

 

It really was nicer when we could talk to someone about redeeming our worldpoints as an OBC, but this will work, as of tonight. YMMV.
