Booking SAS or other without a cell phone

We were going to reserve with SAS but they require a cell phone number and ask that we call them when we clear customs( at the port).

What can we do if we don't have an American cell phone. Our cell provider doesn't offer service in the US ?

We used SAS in October and do not have a US cell phone service. Once we got our luggage, my DH had to go upstairs in the Terminal to use a pay phone (we did not find any in the baggage area in Fort Lauderdale). On our return with NCL, Port of Miami, DH found a pay phone across the road from the entrance of the terminal.
