Changing a WOW reservation

Hey gang-

 

I booked our next trip during a WOW promotion, but we need to change it due to a wedding.

 

I just called, spoke to an un-motivated rep who told me that we will loose the $250 OBC and reduced deposit if we modify the reservation.

 

Any ideas or info on this? We obviously don't want to loose the perks.

I think that any change cancels the WOW.

If you read the guidelines for the "Wow" promotion, you would know that you cannot change dates, passengers or ships or your OBC as well as your reduced deposit goes buy.

Just wait for another sale or WOW promotion; there's bound to be something.
