Military Tattoo cruise?

Does anyone know if there is a cruise that takes in the Scottish Military Tattoo in August? I would love to see it as a tour while I'm taking a cruise. Please let me know if you've heard of this. Thanks.

We wereon he Tahitian Pincess (now Ocean Princess) and the Military Tattoo was a shore excursion. I believe the Crown Princess was there the day after us.

Oh that sounds heavenly! Though not on a cruise, we were fortunate enough to see the Military Tatto in Edinboro back when we went to visit our friends in Kirkcudbright, Scotland in 1996. It was amazing and awe inspiring. I do hope you are able to see it - unforgettable! Love those pipes!:p

The Crystal Symphony will be in Edinburgh for the Tatoo on cruise #0220, Crowns and Kilts.

We've seen it twice from Princess cruises. Look for British Isles itineraries, and remember to book the shore excursion as early as possible or you might be out of luck.

Crystal did an excursion to the Tattoo and it was the highlight of my cruise. What's nice is that Crystal docks closer to Edinburgh than other lines, and that makes it easier to see everything in the city. Celebrity also has had cruises to Scotland in August, but they anchor quite a far way from the center of Edinburgh.
