Got a call today from a new PVP. The one i have been using got another job. Didn't really like the one that called. Can I request a different one?

You sure can, I had one that was wonderful a couple years ago and it took 3 before I found another that I liked. Some just aren't as knowledgable as others.

You never have to use a PVP, just call the 800 # and deal with who you get. PVPs are nothing but Carnival paid TAs.

I agree! I've never understood people's infatuations with their PVPs. I book online, or call the 800#, and I've never had anything but really great service.
