Motel in San Diego to stay and leave car?

Looking for a reasonable motel where we can leave our car for a one week cruise. In San Francisco, you can stay at the El Rancho Motel, get free shuttle to the airport, plus free parking for a 14 days for the price of one night's lodging. The Quality Inn, Sea Port does offer a package for $119 which may be the best deal we can find. Has anyone suggestions? Trish
