Hi all,

Thanks for all the comments on Jewel- very interesting. Can someone tell me if there is a formal night or I heard there is a themed night instead. We are doing 8 nights around Tassie in March.

Many thanks

The nights that used to have a dress code 'formal' now called have the dress code 'cocktail. It really doesn't make much difference. On 'cocktail dressing' nights the waiters don't have tuxes/bowties like they do on the other ships on formal nights.

A few passengers saw the word 'cocktail' on the front page of the Pacific Daily where it has the heading 'DRESS' and they thought 'cocktail' meant there was a cocktail party. No such luck. We had one cocktail party and it was on the second last night.
