Century a good introduction to Celebrity?

Hi,

 

Thinking of booking a sunny getaway and was considering century. My DH and I have cruised on RCI, NCL, and HAL. So far HAL was our favorite with RCI second.

 

Is Century a good intro to X?

 

We also have a 1 yo and are hearing mixed answers on sitter availability. She has cruised before with good results. (Please do not turn this into a no kids on cruises thread- she loves cruises, is a good kid and a fun traveling companion.)

 

We enjoy ballroom dancing and are wondering if a suitable band is available in addition to sitters. I would love to be able to sneak away for a couple hours of R & R after my daughter goes to sleep at least one or two nights.
