The Boatyard Beach vs. the Hilton Beach

How loud is the music at boatyard...last time we were there it was way too loud for us...anyone just there??

 

We were just there on Tuesday, Jan 19, 2010. Yes, I thought that the music was very loud. Lots of beer drinking contests going on. When we arrived at 11:15 am, there were no chairs or umbrellas available. It took about an hour to get them. Entrance fee was $10 pp which includes the chairs and umbrellas when available. They told us before we paid that they had no more chairs/umbrellas. Entrance fee did include a free shuttle back to the ship. Very crowded, noisy beach. Most of the advertised water activities were not there.

Sounds like maybe you shoulda walked the 50 yds. further on

and done Lobster Alive instead..
