Rio arrival and departure information???

Those of us on future cruises arriving and departing from Rio on the Veendam are extremely interested in finding out how things went this weekend. We know that the December cruise was a total mess (disembarkation started in late afternoon and embarking passengers were held on the pier for over four hours). Most if not all disembarking passengers missed their flights home. If you were on the Veendam in January, what was your experience.

Be patient. Passengers were just disembarking this morning, and those flying to the US won't head out until tonight. They'll be home at earliest late tomorrow afternoon (and will be exhausted).

You may get lucky and find someone posting re: today's embarkation from the ship.
