Rum Runners

Has anyone had any problems getting on board with their filled Rum Runners RECENTLY??? Just ordered them but my sis in law is telling me the scanners will detect the liquid in them???? :confused:

We used them in May 2009 and had no troubles. Our friends borrowed them in Oct 2009 and they had no problems.

Used ours last summer on RCCL. Packed them in toiletries bag. No problem.

Our son used them last month on the Conquest. No problem.

I hoe theres no problems with rum runners!! I just packed mine into my suitcases for my upcoming cruise. :D Good luck!

Just used on the Dream, no problem.

 

On the way home, TSA opened my checked bag to verify what the liquid was. They left me a note. Hopefully they only smelled the liquid vs taking a swig to test it:eek: This was the 1st time they ever did that, probably due to heightened security.

How much can they hold?

 

Do I need to hide them in a toiletry bag or in shoes, or can we just put them between our clothes?

Using my Rum Runners for the first time in April. I am really excited to.

Just returned from a 3day cruise on the Paradise, brought 2 8oz and 1 32oz rum runners in my checked luggage, no problems what so ever!!

Used the Rum Runners on 5 cruises last year, the most recent being a NYE cruise on the Fascination. I have never had a problem and highly recommend them. I always put them in the suitcase being checked in with the porter.

Used them on the last four cruises and lent them out on several others nobody ever had a problem! Love these things and the shipping and customer service is wonderful I got the cruise kit 3 large and three small. Would reccomend them to anyone!;)
