Could any one please tell me how this works. Do they replace the mixers and if you use up the bottle of liquor how often do they replace it. I enjoy a scotch.

UM? are you talking about the liquor package you buy for in cabin consumption? Once its gone, its gone, unless of course you bought another..;)
