Plasticmouse Posted January 21, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 21, 2010 We are cruising on the Carnival Sensation to Bahamas on Feb 7 with a 22-month old daughter. She is almost potty trained - 90% of the time, she asks for help when she wants to go. We normally keep her in diapers, though. Will it be a problem for her getting into the kids' program? What do they do if they have accidents? If asked, would they help kids by taking them to the latrine?
gerif Posted January 21, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 21, 2010 Carnival doesn't care if they are potty trained or not - HOWEVER, unless she is 2 (that's a full 24 months), they will not allow her into the program.

Yep, this is 100% correct. It doesn't matter how potty trained she is. It doesn't matter if she turns 2 on the cruise. They won't accept her until the day she is officially 2 years old. With that being said, you will be able to bring her in for group babysitting into camp carnival for a couple of hours/per day. Fees apply. The hours are for "Under 2's" and will be listed in the Caper under "baby sitting for Under 2's"
