can you cash in your remaining credit?

Get a printout from Guest Relations of your account. The obc's are shown with a code. It will show as either refundable or non-refundable depending upon where the credit came from. In most cases, on obc that was obtained from booking onboard a previous cruise is not refundable while a TA's obc usually is. If it is a refundable obc it will be applied to your credit card that you have registered.

What the heck. Just have fun and spend the obcs.

Hi Amanda !

I agree with Welland. The answer is maybe. It all depends what type of OBC it is. My best advice, is to check with Guest Relations during your Cruise, and get a printout of your charges. It will say if the OBC is refundable or not. If it is, the remaining balance will be credited back to your credit card.

Another option, is to check with Azamara, or your Travel Agent. They should be able to check your booking, and advise you if the OBC is refundable.

If you have further questions, feel free to ask. Enjoy your Cruise !
