If you mean next to the volcano, yes, we've been a few times. If you're on a cruise exp., they use local boats which have very little space for changing, so you'll need your swim wear under your clothes. My OH likes to swim there, but he reminds people that the water is murky; the ground is muddy, and the boats only have a ladder to climb down, or else you jump. Same on returning....up the ladder.If it's tied in with the volcano climb, you'll have quite a bit to carry, as you'll need water and shade for the volcano, which is barren. All this is left on the boat, where it's quite safe.

If it's a private boat, it might be different, and have better access. They might even spear and cook fresh fish there.

If you're going on to the ferry port to catch the bus up to Fira, and the funicular down, remember you'll have your swimming things to carry. OH enjoys it; the 2 people we go to the island with, stay on the boat with me!
