Are balconies non-smoking on X ships, please? How about casinos: non-smoking areas or nights?

All balconies are non-smoking. All indoor areas aside from one portion of one bar are non-smoking (i.e. the casino and all other indoor bars/lounges are smoke free).

They are non-smoking, but on our recent Millennium cruise a few smokers didn't care and lit-up on their balconies after dark.

 

Very hard to pin-point who were the discourteous cancer subjects, and a few reports to the cruise line changed nothing.

 

Some smokers will smoke no matter what the rules are.
