Late boarding time in san juan

Were heading out on the Caribbean Princess 4/11/10. Our flight gets in at 12:45. Heading right over to the ship I'm sure the lines to board will be getting pretty long. Having been out of SJ a couple of times I know about the lines that form outside the building in the heat. My question is what time do the lines start to deminish? We can catch lunch somewhere and board later say around 3:30 - 4:00. Not sure if thats even late enough. Any one board later?

We were on Carnival Victory this past June. We did a Segway tour of OSJ and by the time we got to the terminal it was about 2 or 3pm....There was no waiting.

I think you will be fine as its spread out throughout the afternoon and evening.
