Suite for 6 pre-cruise at Ft. Lauderdale

We have 6 of us staying in Ft. Lauderdale the night before our cruise. We're looking for a suite for 6, as opposed to 2 (or 3) smaller rooms. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? Thanks.

I have stayed at the Trump Sonesta in a suite that had 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with 2 queens. There was a living room with a sofa bed. There were 6 of us. However this hotel is pricey.

Doubletree Galleria One has a 2 bedroom suite, one king and one queen. The couch in the livingroom opens into a small bed. It is around 300 dollars a night.

There are 6 of us and we are staying precruise at Marriott Beach Place Towers in a 2 bedroom unit. With a senior discount (Mom is coming :)) before taxes = $212

We are staying pre-cruise at the Cambria Suites in Dania Beach. The hotel is brand new and just opened on January 14, 2010. It offers a free shuttle to the pier and airport. They have rooms that will hold 6. I think the rate (weekday) was $119 + tax.

I booked a 1 bdr suite at Gallery One for our family of 6. The bedroom has 2 queens and there is a sofa sleeper in the lr. It was $171 AAA rate, that is for a cityview, waterview is more.

We had a suite that 6 of us stayed in...two queen beds and a pullout couch. It was clean and comfy and had transportation from FLL airport. Not sure about to the port in the am, as we were sailing out of Miami. I'd definately recommend it!
