Palm-Breeze Posted February 3, 2010 #1 Share Posted February 3, 2010 What's the weather like in early January in the Southern Caribbean? We are hitting Grand Turk, Catalina, Aruba and Curacao. Does it ever get into the 60's or is it mostly 70s'-80's? We are looking forward to a warm get away and 70's are almost to mild for me. Thanks! sunseeker09 Posted February 3, 2010 #5 Share Posted February 3, 2010 It could be a bit cooler in Grand Turk, as Turks and Caicos is quite North. We were in T&C last Feb. and did have a few cool, very windy days as the result of a front from Florida. But for 1 day on a cruise I think your chances are very good for nice weather. We just did a Southern Caribbean and it was hot enough and nice and very clear and sunny every day but St. Lucia (which wasn't bad, just cloudy and a few showers, but still warm) I love traveling in Jan. as it tends to be a drier time. Have fun!
Bermuda C Posted February 3, 2010 #6 Share Posted February 3, 2010 Aruba will probably go over 90.. Very nice. It is a true desert island. Green by the beach and then cactus and sand across the street.
