Enchantment of the Seas - What's your favorite thing to do?

Enchantment is a laid back ship, IMO, so we enjoy laid back activities.

Hanging out at the solarium and read a good book, and sleep.

I know that does not sound exciting, but that's on Sea Days, during the day, and it is my vacation with time to wind down away from work and try not to care about anything.

In the Atrium they had a string quartet that played certain times of the day. Loved to sit there with my feet up, a drink and my book.

There is no Promenade, the theater is smaller, as is the MDR. There is no ice show, no flowrider, and quest is a real small production. No Portofino, but they do have a Chops. Evenings you have dinner, shows, and the casino.

The ship's crew is smaller in numbers, and everyone knows your name.

Come to think of it, did not see a lot of kids either.

In short, there is no WOW Factor. That's why Enchantment is our favorite ship and we can't wait to be back on her in a few months out of Baltimore.

To all who have sailed on her, what was your favorite activity or program they had? Bungee trampoline? Rock-climbing wall? Something more subdued? Any less well-known things you found to be fun? Share!

I had fun trying the bungee trampoline, since that's unique to Enchantment. We spent a lot of time just lounging by the pool with a daily scoop of Ben & Jerry's, and we also spent a good bit of time in the Solarium pool and hot tub.

We loved sitting at the Solarium, was so peaceful & if we wanted to kick-it-up a notch, just headed over to the other pool & it was ususally a party there.

Chops was really good, very relaxing/romantic. The shows had great entertainment & the staff was very friendly. We are going July 1 on her again out of B-More

For me I found the expanded pool deck to be a great place to hang out. I really like the look of the Sky Bridges, which are unique to Enchantment only due to the lengthening of the ship.

I thought Enchantment was the best kept secret in the fleet.
