Accra Watersports Prices

Aplmac,

I highly value all the effort you have put into replying to everyones posts, and also your pictures you have put on especially of Accra (which i keep having dreams about on a night recently)

Anyway we are stopping on a cruise repositioning from the caribbean back to Majorca for our honeymoon in april. We arrive in Barbados on the 17th before our 6 day stretch at sea.

I'm just wondering if you or anybody else can tell me a price of how much hiring a jetski is and how long you get on it.

Also could you possibly recommend how much really is required spending wise for a day and whether barbados dollars or US are better. Just a rough (ballpark) figure will be fine

Sorry about the possibly tough questions, however as its a special time I just want it to be right

Thanks very much

John

When I cruise, I often go ashore with US$100 or so (just in case)

and usually return with a fair chunk of that, but I'm cheap. :D

Don't carry big bills.

Walk with Fives, Tens and Twenties.

OK maybe a Fifty as well,in case.

Credit/Debit cards handle my larger-value purchases like exotic lenses at Boolchands in St.Maarten ;)

U.S. Dollars is fine, just about everyone and everywhere will accept them

-at 2:1 here in Barbados- just walk with smaller bills,

because you're unlikely to receive change in US$ -it'll be Barbados dollars.

I would imagine the jetski guys have different rates for 15 mins. half-hour whatever.

As for how much, I simply don't know, sorry.
