Victoria Day?

We will be in Victoria on Victoria Day this year. Will there be any special activities, or will everything be closed? We won't get there until 7:30, but I was really looking forward a ferry tour and a beer from Spinnakers.:)

7:30 pm? The way you've worded that makes me think you mean evening. Well, there is a huge parade in Victoria but that starts at 9 am and goes for a couple of hours. And what ferry tour are you thinking of? The beer at Spinnakers is definitely do-able though. ;)
