My ES fare was for the May 22 sailing on the Dream for a cove balcony 7C for 2 people was $1798.00. I have another 7C for two people also for the same date. It is on Carnival.com for $869.00 now so I should be good. It is a rate for SC residents which I am. Am I figuring this right?

My original ES rate was $1798.00 plus $117.62 for taxes and fees so it looks like to me I should be able to get a $30.00 onboard credit per passenger right? I have two 7c rooms booked with 4 passengers so that looks like $120.00 in my favor?:)

Did you notice the taxes went up?? It is still better to pay them now and submit for the lower price, because Iv heard they will charge you the extra taxes and fees to your S&S once onboard if they went up.

1915.62 minus 1880.14 = $35.14 ... because taxes and fees went up by my calculator. still they owe you some money, and you get the increase behind you.

Well there is not passengers 3/4. I have one booking for 7c with two passengers and then another 7c booking with two passengers (total of 4 passengers with 2 rooms). I hope I'm figuring this right. Thanks for your help either way.

OK sorry, just ignore the calculations for 4 people... I get $35.48 per cabin they owe you for 2 in the cabin.
