Transportation

I am sure this has been asked before but I am gonna ask again. Looking for a very affordable transportation from Orlando to Cocoa Beach (we will be staying there for a few nights before cruise). Also there is a lot of us. 20-30 and more than likely coming in at different times. So any suggestions? The hotel we are staying at will take us to the port so just need transportation to the hotel. Thanks.:D

If you go to East Coast departures, the Florida board is a sticky. There are a lot of posts about port canaveral and which shuttle to take. Rental cars are the cheapest option.
