How much to tip?

We are taking a shuttle from Orlando airport to the Radisson. (7 adults, 2 children) I believe it's $230 R/T. How much do you generally tip the driver? Is it 20% We pay for the return ride up front, but I assume we should tip each way seperately in case there are different drivers.

I'd tip each way seperately.

I'd review the contract agreement to ensure the price does not already include gratuity.

If it doesn't, then I'd throw the driver a $20

Personally, I would look at, is he helping you load and unload suitcases (I would say $2 a bag) is he just standing there while you load and unload ($.50 a bag). Is he telling you about city or area as you are driving (many of mine have) (extra couple of bucks) Totally up to you.
