Grand Princess - Lotus Pool "swim against the current"

We will be on the Grand Princess April 9, 2010. Princess advertises the "swim against the current" pool. From the picture online, it looks like this is the Lotus Pool in the spa area. If it is, would I be correct to say we will have to pay an extra spa fee to use this pool? and If so, does anyone know what they are charging for the use of the spa these days?

It is near the spa, but no cost.
