HurleyD Posted February 21, 2010 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2010 I would like to know if there's anyway that I can charge my iPod in the cabin? What kind of cords will I be needing? Thanks in advance
ljmandelbaum Posted February 21, 2010 #2 Share Posted February 21, 2010 I bought a travel outlet that has 2 usb plugs that I use for my girls nanos and my dh's ipod. I just brought that and the usb cable. Easy to charge the nano and shuffles.

jalves Posted February 21, 2010 #4 Share Posted February 21, 2010 Charge it the same way you do at home - plug it in. It may help to bring an extension cord/outlet strip as sometimes the outlets aren't in a good location.
Rare Tak8 Posted February 21, 2010 #5 Share Posted February 21, 2010 I bought a small travel charger that plugs into an outlet. It costs about $20 and you can buy it at Target, Walmart etc.

irwins0001 Posted February 22, 2010 #7 Share Posted February 22, 2010 The way I charge it at home is with my computer. -_- You can get a travel charger with a usb port. Or, can get a converter that the usb end plugs into and then plugs directly into a regular electrical outlet. Both are available on Apple website. The travel charger is also available at Walmart, Target, etc.
sugarcat Posted February 22, 2010 #8 Share Posted February 22, 2010 Go to Best Buy, they will sell you what you need to charge at a wall socket.
lindalo5032 Posted May 2, 2011 #9 Share Posted May 2, 2011 I plan on using an mp3 player at night for white noise (with soft earbuds). Not sure if my mp3 player will run for 8 hours, so I would like to keep it plugged in while I'm using it. Wondering how long an extension cord I'll need to run between the electrical outlet and the bed?
