I dealt with DI in Cozumel several years ago. I didn't know too much about prices, but the shopping guy from the ship went with me. I found the prices to be reasonable and the entire staff was very nice and professional. As long as you have an idea of prices for the things you are interested in you should do okay. They did seem willing to bargain in order to make a sale.

I've used the DI in St. Thomas. Bargained for my earrings (my divorce present, as was the cruise), and they gave me a guarantee that they would trade them in on anything else I wanted, as long as it was as expensive or higher for life. Paid $800, have had them appraised for $1300.

They also have a store in Vegas.
