My friend would LOVE to tour the galley area ( she's an excellent baker ) Is this still included?

We have done the Chef's Table many times and its always been excellent.

Yes the dinner starts in the galley. Not really a tour though as they are prepping for main dinner time.

 

I don't think you will be disappointed.
