Norwegian Sky dining options

Does anyone have a list of names and prices of all the dining places on the sky?

The garden cafe (buffet), Crossings Main Dining Room and the Palace Main Dining room are not extra charge, as is room service ....the others will have a surcharge of from $10-$25. Maybe others who have sailed the Sky can give you the details on those others.

 

The surcharge restaurants and my guess at the surcharge are:

Cagney's $25 per person with some entrees extra beyond that

Il Adagio $10

Le Bistro $20
