Where to find "Carlos" for lunch on Caye Caulker

I have read on this part if this site that he is found near the "split" where a storm cut it's way thru this Caye.

Do a search here to locate the postings & let us know what you find ?

We did the trip last week with Coral Breeze and ate with Carlos. He hadn't started up the grill yet so it took about 30 minutes for him to cook lunch. It was very good. The day we were there he had chicken or shrimp kebobs. One kebob with cole slaw and rice. The chicken kebob was $5 and the shrimp $7.50. We were pressed for time so we took our food back to the boat and ate. There was a picnic table by the grill. Caye Caulker was beautiful. We wished we would've had more time to look around the island. Carlos is not quite to the split. There are bathrooms at the split.
