Princess transfer to LGA

Princess offers post cruise transfer/excursions in NYC. Do they go to all area airports? I would like to take in a few hours of sightseeing NYC then be dropped at LaGuardia for a late afternoon flight home.

Princess offers post cruise transfer/excursions in NYC. Do they go to all area airports? I would like to take in a few hours of sightseeing NYC then be dropped at LaGuardia for a late afternoon flight home.

 

We used a car service in Nov for sightseeing prior to being dropped off at the CB at Red Hook.

We use them all the time for transport to the pier from both LGA and JFK.

COLO Cruiser is it better to use a car company from Red Hook to our hotel in Manhattan or are there cabs? We've not done the New York port before?

There are plenty of cabs....

We like a car service because there is no meter and a set price. All you have to do is call them 10 minutes beofre you want to be picked up.

Approx $55, no meter. ;)

$55 to LGA is a little high for most local car services. It should be in the $35-40 range.

A cab by meter should be about $30.00 (its 10 miles approximately)

Is there a car service that would give us a half day tour between the ship and LGA?

 

I need to know before I book air from either LGA or JFK to our home.

Princess offers bus transfers from/to LGA, EWR and JFK airports from Red Hook. I have also hears they may offer bus transfers from/to Penn Station for connections to Amtrak, NJ Transit and NYC Subways.
