Gambling Age on Caribbean Princess

Hi, Can someone please tell me what age a kid can go into the casino and gamble? How about to just be there and not gamble?

Under 21 can walk through the casino only, but they can not stay with you there. The gambling age is 21.

With Carnival, it's 18. I don't understand why it's 21 with Princess and 18 with Princess' parent company, but it is. Go figure. :rolleyes:

The age requirement is 'self imposed' as in there is no law regarding a 'legal gambling age' while at sea. The cruise lines tend to put in place what their customer base will accept.

Yeah, it's just hard to explain that to a 20 yr. old that can't gamble on Princess. :(

There are so many activities on Princess that not being allowed to sit in the casino stuffing quarters into the slots shouldn't be a bit deal, IMO.

Carnival Cruise Line and Princess Cruise Line are each subsidiaries of Carnival Corporation. Each sets there own rules.

Know it is 21....my daughter tried to hang with us in the casino and she was chased out.....probably something to do with that RCCL 20/20 report. And I was going to fund her betting experience....Princess lost on that one........
