Spirit Package Questions

Hi

 

I am thinking of buying a spirit package for the Celebrity Eclipse, however, I don't drink spirits on their own, I usually have a mixer too.

 

If I order a Gin & Tonic will I be charged for the tonic separately. Will I have to buy the Soda package too?
