Passport renewal ??

Dh and I need to renew. Want to book really soon. Question, when we are issued a renewal is the number the same as it was on the expired passport or do they issue another number?

New #'s, but you do not have to provide that info to your FunPass right away... wait until you get the renewal passports back.

My husband nor I have a passport and have been on two cruises without them... What is the benefit, other than I know it being a lil easier to prove identity?

I guess the big thing is if you had an accident in a port or was hospitalized, missing the ship, or you just miss the ship period, you would be able to fly. No passport, no fly from outside the US.

Hmmm I never thought about that.... I guess we should look into, our cruise is not until September so we would have plenty of time

Why don't you buy one a month so you can spread the cost out. It won't look like such a hit then.
