Price drop question

I have a cruise booked for August out of Tampa. I been watching the fares and today I saw on the Carnival web site the fare went down by about $50.00.

 

I have the Early Saver Form. I filled out name....booking number....ship and dates. My question is it says " What fares did you see for the ship, sail date and number of guest" Than there are five boxes where I can type in. What are they looking for? Do I just fill in the amount of the per person amount for the NEW fare? Can someone please let me know WHAT I'm supposed to put into those boxes?
