Hi All, We will be on the caribbean princess in July and like to gamble alittle. I was wondering if anyone can give me information on the Players club and how it works? Do i sign up before the cruise?

Players with points accumulated via slot play or table play will be awarded various benefits onboard, depending on the level of play.

 

Slot Players

 

Slot players can earn points as they play by placing their cruise card in the card reader on the machine every time they play*. Instant cash back rewards are paid at the machine. Slot players may also receive complimentary beverages while playing, free gifts and other onboard benefits dependant upon their level of play. Please see the casino host on your cruise for details.

Points are worth one cent each. Instant cash back rewards are paid in units of $10 for every 1,000 points earned up to a maximum of $2,500, or 250,000 points, per cruise.

 

 

Table Players

 

Table players can be rated when playing at most of the table games. Please advise the pit personnel every time you play if you wish to be rated. There are minimum criteria for play to be rated, please check with the casino table personnel on your cruise.

Table players may receive complimentary beverages while playing, free gifts, and other onboard benefits dependant upon their level of play. Please consult the casino host or casino staff onboard for more details.

*This promotion is currently available only on select vessels.

 

 

High Rollers

 

The Princess Players Club assists high rollers with cruise benefits, lines of credit, front money deposits, VIP embarkation and onboard complimentary amenities such as beverages while playing and premium restaurant bookings.

You "join" the Players Club when you are at the casino by the use of your cruise card.

 

Benefits?? IMHO, they are zero... unless you are a high roller or play BIG on the slots, it takes forever to get the 1000 points where you get back a measly $10.

 

Even the free drinks that a casino host may offer are few and far between. I spent alot of time 2 weeks ago at the slots on the Ruby and never got a "free" drink.

Do the points carry over from one cruise to the next or only accumulate on that one particular cruise and then you lose them if you don't have enough.

No, they are accumulated on each sailing, they can not be carried over to your next cruise.
