bubbie617 Posted April 13, 2010 #1 Share Posted April 13, 2010 Does anyone have the menus for a seven night cruise on Solstice? We are in an AQ cabin, but I'd like to make arrangements for Murano and/or Tuscan Grill as well. I'd like to choose a night (or nights) when the Blu menu appeals to us the least. I'm concerned that if I wait until we get on the ship (May 30th), it will be too late to book the specialty restaurants.

But we just got home so I still have to unpack and scan them in. I will post them in a couple of days along with photos. In the mean time maybe this will help: Sunday: Apps-Quail, Seafood Napolean, Cheese Souffle; Entrees - Pasta, Blackened Ahi Tuna (very spicy), Roasted Chicken Breast, Filet Mignon Monday: Apps-Tomato stuffed endive, Beet Salad, Sea Scallops; Entrees - Crab & Mushroom Risotto, Salmon, Pheasant, Lamb Tuesday: Apps - Mushroom Napolean, Lobster Salad, Baked Brie; Entrees - Orzo, Daurade, Short Ribs Wednesday: Apps - Eggplant, Beef Carpaccio, Crab Martini; Entrees - Pasta, Seafood Nage, Duck, Rib Eye Steak Thursday: Apps - Frog Legs, Trout, Summer Rolls; Entrees - Duck Ravioli, Halibut, Chicken Breast, Veal Loin Friday: Apps - Baked Goat Cheese, Soft Shell Crab, Potato Croquettes; Entrees - Beef Stuffed Pasta Shells, Lobster Tail, Chicken Paillard, NY Pepper Steak Saturday: Apps - Prosciutto/Fig//Ricotta, Seafood Cevice, Mozzarella and Bell Pepper Empanada; Entrees - Pumpkin Gnocchi, Salmon, Duck, Lamb Shank

librarylady19 Posted April 13, 2010 #4 Share Posted April 13, 2010 Don't be put off by the descriptions. The food in Blu is much better than it sounds! can't wait to see the menus.
drakes2 Posted April 13, 2010 #5 Share Posted April 13, 2010 Just keep in mind that when booking a specialty restaurant, they hold back 20% availability for people who like to book once they come onboard. When we were at the Tuscan Grill last month, we had a 6:30 pm seating and the restaurant was about 2/3 full. Does anyone have the menus for a seven night cruise on Solstice?
