Early saver

i booked an early saver on expedia and the price just dropped. i found the form on the carnival site but it keeps telling me that there is no phone number. Do i need expedia to do this and if so how?

Yes, call your TA and have them do it and fill out their email and phone number.

 

Some people have managed to fill it out as if they are the TA and get it accepted, but apparantly there is something in how you are filling it out that isnt matching.

I received the same error message... no phone number... earlier this year when completing the form on line. After a few calls, it turned out that I had to be logged on to the site first. If you haven't registered and 'linked' your booking, you need to do that first. If you have already registered and have your ID/password set up on Carnival.com, you will need to sign in before you fill out the form, even if the site recognizes you from a previous visit and you see the "Hi <your name>" at the top of the home page. You may be in the same situation...
