RambleRocket Posted April 14, 2010 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2010 I just called NCL to book a cruise in November 2011 and the Rep told me that the Union discount no longer applies to Canadian AFL-CIO Union members :( Has anyone else heard this? That discount was really great - it saved us $700 on our last cruise. Does anyone out there have any suggestions? Thanks!

Sauer-kraut Posted April 14, 2010 #4 Share Posted April 14, 2010 Bummer, I hope they aren't into Union Busting...... I would contact the national AFL-CIO in Canada and ask them to get in touch with NCL to find out why they are doing this. Are you aware of "Union Plus" they are an organization that has discounts on lots of things, check them out too.
Rosebudcc Posted April 15, 2010 #5 Share Posted April 15, 2010 And FYI - NCL has also decided to not allow Canadian AARP members to have the AARP discount.
