Documents needed for boarding

Hi

Quick question.... We have our travel summary, and e-boarding pass printed and ready, do we need to have a printed copy of the PIF. Of course we have our passports, and it says our PIF is complete on the travel summary, but it does not print out with the summary.

Boarding pass (signed) and passports.

Also the actual credit card you will use.

They also collect the health form. (give to you on the waiting line).
