summit concerige class deck 9 ????

I think we will book today- but I will feel better if somebody tells me deck 9 won't be constant noise. I have never been bothered before- but I do recall reading reviews before where the deck below the pool deck can be dreadfully noisy. Do I have any major concerns on the Summit. ????

IMO the bigger consideration on deck 9 is the large overhang. If you like to see the sky, you will have a limited view.

 

If seeing the sun, sky and stars will not impact your balcony use (or if you prefer constant shade) you'll be fine.

 

I've recently booked a deck 8 on the Constellation, thinking it will be compromise (here's where a good TA comes in - she remembered that I complained about the overhang on 9 on a 2002 Millinneum voyage. Of course, I remembered it too!)

 

I honestly do not remember noise issues, maybe somebody else will.

We had a deck 9 aft cabin and loved it. We did hear some chair movement in the mornings, but it was not a deal breaker for us.
