fax service on the ship

One option to consider for receiving the documents - either have them emailed as PDFs or use a fax service like MyFax - it will be cheaper per page. I seem to recall something like $6 or 7/page for send or receive.

Or you can look for a very inexpensive internet fax service or one that's free.

If you have your own laptop you could just do that while you're on board. I've seen services that are in the $3 to $15 a month range that are apparently very good and they offer unlimited faxing.
