fkfad Posted January 28, 2005 #1 Share Posted January 28, 2005 We usually sail NCL, consequently, we get preferred treatment in the embarkation process (special lines, immediate boarding, etc.). I cringe at the thought of standing in line for any lengthy period of time to board... Can anyone tell me what the boarding process is like for the Disney Wonder? We are sailing on the February 13th 4-night Bahamas cruise.
coasterwiggs Posted January 30, 2005 #2 Share Posted January 30, 2005 We just got back from the January 23 cruise. We arrived at 11:45 and were immediately checked in and given our Key to the World Cards. Boarding began promptly at noon. We were on board by 12:05. gatour Posted January 30, 2005 #3 Share Posted January 30, 2005 Disney the checkin process down to a science. Don't be dismayed by the length of line to go through security after checkin. It moves very quickly once they allow people to board. Alternatively, don't arrive until a little after one so you will miss the initial rush. Disney seems to have a lot of people that arrive at the terminal early
dawne577 Posted March 8, 2005 #4 Share Posted March 8, 2005 There is a special line for the Castaway Club (prior Disney cruisers), but there is little difference in wait time--both types of line are very quick.
