We are booked on the TA in November on the Adventure. Where is the

nightly Diamond Happy Hour held and what are the times?

These things can change cruise to cruise, but in January it was held in the nightclub on decks 3 and 4 (not sure of the name) from 5:30 to 8pm.

We cruised on the Adventure in February and the nightly diamond event was held in the 19th hole on deck 14. A very nice location. We only went once, I think the hours were 5:00-8:30PM.

Yes, that's where it was for us. Someone else said it was in the 19th hole, a much nicer venue in my opinion. I'm guessing that the venue changes cruise to cruise based on the anticipated number of Diamond guests.
