Best way , ((??)) I think is to be there.

Then walking, hiring a taxi, roller blades.. pogo stick, trolley, golf cart..and any way possible going past the old Club Med property which the building was blown up..

Any way you get there just know all of the Bermuda Islands (Somers Isles ) are wonderful. ;)

It's a VERY short walk... just go straight up the hill, and you're there... wish we were docking there again instead of the Dockyard. Oh well... docking in the Dockyard is better than sitting in the office!!!!!

Very short is all relative.

Up the hill, across the staightaway, then down the hill and around the bend.;):)

Dave&Karen asked: ...what would be the best way from St.George to get to the beach @Tobacco Bay?...

You could walk (about .5 miles; partway uphill) or take the jitney from the King's Square.

How frequently does the jitney come around? Thanks!

I believe it is on demand, no set schedule.

PSUfan1313 asked: ...What would be the easiest travel to St. George from King's Wharf....,,

As long as it is a weekday visit, then the ferry is the best way to go; travel time is about 40-45 minutes.

Or you could take a taxi. A couple of years ago the cost was $6.75 to get there. That is not per person. We split that six ways.....
