Changes in deposits and cancellations

I understand that Silversea is making some changes in reservations booked May 1 and after. The deposit to book will increase to 15%. And cancellations made beginning 120 days prior to sailing will have the penalty increased to 15%. Maybe this will sway some people "sitting on the fence" to book within the next two days. Does anyone have any further details on these changes?
