Does it cost extra for the kids to play video games in the game room?

Yes -- nothing free -- don't remember the cost.

There are free computer/game systems in the Club HAL area. There is also a video arcades open to all ages that require tokens (money).

I also remember there being special teen events were the arcade area was closed to all but the teens and during that time the games were free.
